ENTRY PROCESS
There are 300 total entries available.
Please note that a waitlist will be put in place if entries sell out.
Entries will close once all 300 positions have been filled or on Wednesday 14th May 2025, 23:59 ACST.
REFUND POLICY
TRANSFERS can be done between runners at no charge and at any time up to 30th April 2025. The initial registered runner can edit their entry and transfer to another runner. Reimbursement is between both parties and Ultra Series will not be involved. Once the runner accepts the email confirming entry from the transfer, it will automatically be updated in our system.
Refunds (full refund minus $30 admin fee) will only be available if the waitlist is in place and a runner takes up the available position. This option will expire 30th April, 2025.
Participants can transfer their entry to another person, a $30 administration fee will apply for each transfer, the withdrawing participant must email Ultra Series.
All refunds and transfer requests must be emailed to registrations@ultraseries.com.au, any withdrawal notifications received via any other means will not be processed.

AID STATIONS
An Aid Station is provided at the start line, and runners will be able to access this every lap.
The aid station will provide the following:

- Water
- Lollies
- Coke
- BIX Hydration
- Savoury snacks
- Soups or similar in the wee hours of Saturday morning.
Runners are also able to set-up their own table with their own supplies

MANDATORY EQUIPMENT
RUNNERS WILL NOT BE REQUIRED TO CARRY ANY MANDATORY EQUIPMENT AS THERE IS AN AID STATION EVERY 6.71KMS.
Headlamps will be required at night time however.
If the weather conditions are such that extremes in heat or cold may be experienced, it is recommended the following may be ready to be utilised by the runner:

- hat
- sunscreen
- sunglasses
- ice neck ties
- rain jacket
- water
PACERS
- NO PACERS ALLOWED
Pacers are NOT allowed for any part of No Time To Die.
QUALIFICATION
As the event is run on a 6.71km loop course, there are no qualification requirements for No Time To Die Frontyard Ultra. Entrants are however expected to be in good health and trained sufficiently.
VOLUNTEERS
This event is one of the most active and rewarding for volunteers. All the competitors come together as equal, every hour, on the hour. You will get to witness some remarkable feats, and we would love your help in volunteering to make this event possible. Please fill in the form on the website.
Your contribution will go towards our volunteer incentive where you will receive 20% race entry discount (can be accrued) to any of our Ultra Series events nationwide.
